Terms and Conditions – Buy Hijabs Online in Pakistan at scarf.pk website<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Any order placed on the scarf.pk<\/strong> website constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of the general conditions of sale.\u00a0The customer who intends to Buy Hijabs Online at our website declares to be a natural person at least 18 years old or to have parental authorization allowing him to order on the Scarf.pk website.<\/em><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 1- PRICE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 3- PAYMENT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 4- DELIVERY<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0For Customers in Pakistan\u00a0 Delivery process is executed\u00a0 through\u00a0 an established courier service provider to deliver the order in quickest possible time.<\/p>\n

Relay point or home delivery in Pakistan<\/em><\/p>\n

4.2<\/strong>\u00a0The Customer’s order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 4 days (working days) upon receipt of Order confirmation through Email or Whatsapp, Except in the event of a strike, exceptional closure, vacation or any other case of force majeure.\u00a0The Customer will then be notified.<\/p>\n

4.3<\/strong>\u00a0When entering the customer’s details as in the “delivery address” section, please ensure to check before validation and placement of order at scarf.pk<\/a> website.\u00a0Scarf.PK cannot be held responsible for any return of goods or other due too wrong or incomplete address.<\/p>\n

4.4<\/strong>\u00a0The order is sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer or any other natural person of his choice.\u00a0Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.\u00a0Scarf.PK cannot be held responsible for any error in routing due to incorrect entry of your contact details (name, address, number, postal code, etc.).\u00a0In addition, Scarf.PK cannot be held responsible for any delay from the courier service provider.\u00a0For any damaged, open or incomplete package, you must notify Scarf.PK, as well as the carrier within 3 days.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 5- RETURN<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

5.3<\/strong>\u00a0The reimbursement will be made at the choice of the FKM Hijabs, either by bank transfer or by check.<\/p>\n

No refund will be made before the items are returned and checked at our warehouse.<\/p>\n
