Do you have a Physical shop? We don’t currently have a shop, if we do open one in the future we will announce it on the website. Right Now we only Operate Online from DHA Lahore
Are you Selling Hijabs on wholesale? At present we are unable to offer wholesale quantities but inshaAllah we will be able to in the future.
How much are the Delivery Charges? We offer FREE Delivery for all Purchases over Rs 4000, However for Orders below Rs 4000 our customers have to pay Delivery Charges Rs 250 to cover the cost of Courier Company.
How long does delivery take? Once we have received order confirmation from our valued customers we dispatch the order the following day. All orders within Pakistan normally arrive within 3 to 5 Working days depending on the Location of Customer
What is your return policy & how do i return something? At Scarf.pk we offer our we believe in complete customer Satisfaction and happily take returns and exchange of any product. Please Check our Return and Exchange Policy
Do you accept international orders? We don’t take international orders because International Shipping Charges from Pakistan are very high and it would not be a cost effective purchase for International Buyers. However if a Customer is ready to make Online payment and bear international shipping charges then we can send orders overseas as well.
Do you have online payment options alongwith COD? Yes we facilitate our customers who want to make payment online, Customers can select online payment mode during check out.
A product is out of stock, when will you be re-stocking? Products are usually back in stock after 2-4 weeks but in some cases that might be longer.
