Terms and Conditions – Buy Hijabs Online in Pakistan at scarf.pk website
Any order placed on the scarf.pk website constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The customer who intends to Buy Hijabs Online at our website declares to be a natural person at least 18 years old or to have parental authorization allowing him to order on the Scarf.pk website.
ARTICLE 1- PRICE
1.1 On the Scarf.pk website, all our articles are indicated in PKR. Our prices are indicated excluding VAT “VAT not applicable Art 293 B of the CGI”. Scarf.PK reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Items are billed on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of purchase on Scarf.PK
ARTICLE 2- ORDER
2.1 Before finalizing the order, the Customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale.
2.2 Only items in stock can be ordered.
2.3 An order modification is possible within 24 hours by email or telephone, provided that your request is processed before sending your package.
2.4 The data recorded and kept by the FKM Hijabs Company owner of Scarf.PK constitutes proof of the order and of all past transactions. This will constitute proof in the event of a dispute.
2.5 An order is considered “validated” upon receipt of payment.
2.6 After validation of the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from the FKM Hijabs.
ARTICLE 3- PAYMENT
3.1 It is up to the Customer to choose his method of payment and his method of delivery. Payments can be made by Customer at his premises once Order is delivered and also a Customer can Choose Online transfer method. The Customer accesses a dedicated space made available by a banking establishment, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this regard, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of his bank card number to the FKM Hijabs constitutes authorization to debit his account up to the amount of the products ordered.
3.2 The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
3.3 For foreign countries, any taxes and customs duties are not the responsibility of FKM Hijabs.
ARTICLE 4- DELIVERY
4.1 For Customers in Pakistan Delivery process is executed through an established courier service provider to deliver the order in quickest possible time.

4.2 The Customer’s order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 4 days (working days) upon receipt of Order confirmation through Email or Whatsapp, Except in the event of a strike, exceptional closure, vacation or any other case of force majeure. The Customer will then be notified.
4.3 When entering the customer’s details as in the “delivery address” section, please ensure to check before validation and placement of order at scarf.pk website. Scarf.PK cannot be held responsible for any return of goods or other due too wrong or incomplete address.
4.4 The order is sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer or any other natural person of his choice. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. Scarf.PK cannot be held responsible for any error in routing due to incorrect entry of your contact details (name, address, number, postal code, etc.). In addition, Scarf.PK cannot be held responsible for any delay from the courier service provider. For any damaged, open or incomplete package, you must notify Scarf.PK, as well as the carrier within 3 days.
The customer will receive a tracking number as soon as their package is shipped.
ARTICLE 5- RETURN
5.1 Our products are those present on our website Scarf.PK We take the greatest care in the presentation and description of our products. If one or more items ordered do not suit you, we undertake to reimburse you under certain conditions:
– The item (s) in question must be in their original packaging.
– The item (s) must in no case have suffered any damage (not damaged, soiled by the customer).
– The item (s) must be returned to us at the following address: 460 A Street 13 DHA Phase 6 Lahore Pakistan within 14 days of receiving the order.
– The return costs are exclusively your responsibility. It is best to return your items with tracked shipping. After verification by our services, we refund the item (s).
5.3 The reimbursement will be made at the choice of the FKM Hijabs, either by bank transfer or by check.
No refund will be made before the items are returned and checked at our warehouse.

ARTICLES 7- PERSONAL DATA
7.1 Information Technology and Freedoms: Scarf.PK cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs while browsing the scarf.pk website site (virus, external intrusion, etc.)
