Returns & Exchange Policy FKM Hijabs Online Shop

 

FKM Hijabs believes in providing our customers products which are good and suit their requirements. However if any of our customer is not 100% satisfied with their ordered product either due to quality issues or product not suiting their requirements then we assure them both exchange and return options within 15 days of receiving their orders.

Please note we try to implement a stringent pre dispatch quality check procedure to check any damages or stains on the Products so that our customers receive their ordered products in perfect shape. However in case a faulty item is received then our customers have full rights to return or exchange that item.

Procedures for Return and Exchange are explained as under

Return Procedure.

  • In case a customer wants to return an item or complete order then he needs to inform us at our Whatsapp number 0322-7874551 within 24 hours of receipt of an order.
  • Customer will send back the items they want to return  by TCS or any other courier service. Courier service booking tracking number or snap shot of courier company receipt will be sent to us at our Whatsapp number 0322-7874551
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are packed properly and returned without use and in new condition. Any item with makeup stains or pin holes and perfume smell will not be eligible for refund
  • Customer will be given complete Refund of their original amount through Online Bank transfer or Jazz cash whichever suits the customer after return item is received in our warehouse and checked by staff.

Exchange Procedure

  • In case a customer wants to exchange one or more item then he will inform about those items to FKM Hijabs through Whatsapp message at 0322-7874551.
  • Our Customer service representative will discuss and finalize with customer the items customer needs in exchange.
  • Exchange items will be dispatched to customer through courier and same courier will pick the return items from customer premises.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are packed properly and returned without use and in new condition.
  • Customer would be required to pay Rs 200 for Shipping and Return Charges to cover the logistics cost
